Mr. Gain is Sr. Vice President of Generational Capital Markets, Inc., Member FINRA/SIPC., an affiliate of Generational Equity, LLC.

Chris Gain assists clients in the marketing and sale of their businesses. He has over 12 years of mergers and acquisitions experience working with middle-market clients in all aspects of the transaction process including evaluation, marketing and deal execution.

Prior to joining Generational Capital Markets, Chris worked as a stockbroker for a leading investment and brokerage firm. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration from Texas Christian University where He is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society. Additionally, He is an M&A Advisor 40 under 40 award winner for achievement as a dealmaker in the M&A, financing and restructuring Industry. Chris is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) and holds series 79 and 63 FINRA securities licenses.
