Generational Equity Advises Coastal Screen & Rail in Sale to Baymark Partners

Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client, Coastal Screen & Rail LLC, to Baymark Partners. The acquisition closed January 25, 2018.

Coastal Screen & Rail, based in Delray Beach, Florida, manufactures and installs a broad range of products for outdoor spaces, including pool screen enclosures, aluminum picket fences and patio screens.

It specializes in other outdoor space-enhancing products such as insulated roofs, trellis and pergola installation, and pavers to achieve a beautiful outdoor space. The company, which serves both the residential and commercial sectors, has two locations, one of which is a 30,000-square-foot manufacturing facility.

Baymark Partners is a growth-oriented private equity firm based in Dallas, Texas. It focuses on acquiring growing middle market service, distribution, manufacturing and tech-enabled companies. The firm's goal is to provide owners with liquidity and their companies with resources to accelerate their growth.

Generational Equity Managing Director Terry Mackin successfully closed the deal, and Executive Managing Director Edward Weber established the initial relationship with Coastal Screen & Rail.
