Aaron Presley
Vice President, M&A
Mr. Presley serves as a Vice President, M&A. Aaron handles client transitions from the Evaluation stage to In-Market, and provides support to several Managing Directors throughout the Marketing stage. Aaron’s responsibilities include the preparation of marketing materials, prospective buyer lists, offering memorandums, and market research.
Mr. Presley joined Generational Group as an Evaluation Associate in April 2021. Prior to entering investment banking, Aaron spent time in the private banking space as a relationship manager and credit analyst. Many of Aaron’s past clients came into the fold after a liquidity event, such as the sale of their own business. As such, Aaron possesses unique experience and insight into the pre-sale and post-sale environment for business owners.
In his free time, Aaron enjoys exploring the city with his golden retriever, playing volleyball, and studying comedy. Aaron holds Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from the University of North Texas, and a Financial Modeling and Valuations Analyst certificate from the Corporate Finance Institute.
